From zero to launched in eleven weeks.
A Y Combinator W23 top-10 company arrived with a working prototype, an outdated visual identity, and a Series B narrative to land. Mewan staffed the engagement personally — one designer, one engineer, one strategist — and shipped brand, product, and marketing site on a single fixed-price sprint.
01 — Problem
The product was technically credible but read as a weekend build. Investors and design-led buyers were bouncing inside the first session. The founders needed a launch that earned a second look.
02 — Approach
We rewrote the information architecture for the buyer journey, rebuilt the design system in two weeks, and re-platformed the marketing site on a headless stack the engineering team could own after launch.
03 — Shipped
Brand identity, product UI for the analytics surface, and a 32-page marketing site — all live in week eleven. Net Promoter Score on the engagement: 78. Average client referral rate: 92%.
